The Reviving Cream by Paul Brunngard is one of my favorite new products. It is a great conditioner to have on hand to upkeep your shoes in a quick and timely manner without having to worry about oversoaking and/or stripping your finish.
As you can see, with just a small amount of brushing and application of the Reviving Cream you can take some very beat-up boots and revitalize the leather with a nice gleam. A little goes a long way and it brings up a better shine than a lot of other ‘conditioners’. This is not to say that other conditioners are not good, but some are quite concentrated and come with their own adverse effects if one is not careful.

The Reviving Cream is quite light in its content as it is easily used for even the clumsiest of persons. I don’t say that as an insult but if we are going to be honest, some people just are not built for finesse. And due to that, they can ruin their shoes if not careful. The Reviving Cream by Paul Brunngard ensures that doesn’t happen.
Paul Brunngard is not new as a company but relatively new to the worldwide scene and still not as well known as it should be. They are making phenomenal products, such as their brushes and sole edge iron. The Reviving Cream is one of my favorites as I often use it to refresh some of my pairs after a hard day. A little touch-up here and there with a quick brush down goes a long way.

If you do not consider yourself a ‘careful’ or patient person, I highly suggest using this product. You do not have to worry too much about overapplying it and causing issues to your leather. That is not to say, apply without thinking but you can apply the Reviving Cream with less worry than some of the other conditioners in the marketplace.

I have seen a few video reviews of this Reviving Cream and I have to say that it appeared to be very easy to use yielding very nice results.
Indeed it is 😉
I rely on saphir renovateur. You taught me. How is this different?
It is not as concentrate and therefore easier to apply/use without fear of potentially ruining. Just another option. Some find renovateur harsh, so to speak.
Wondering if this type of cream would be appropriate to use on one of Norman Vilalta’s 3D patinas?
yes, for sure.
